Faustino and Hiromi Lopez formed “Team Lopez” and began their Real Estate practice in 2007. Team Lopez’s business operations are conducted at Coldwell Banker West and serve the San Diego County out the company’s Eastlake, Chula Vista Office. Faustino Lopez Jr. born in Corpus Christi, TX and served over 21 years in the United State Marine Corps. Hiromi was born in Japan, she holds a BS in Sociology from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington, where she graduated with honors. Faustino’s military awards range from Presidential awards to combat awards. Faustino has been awarded Prudential California Realty’s Leading Edge Society award 2009, 2010 & 2011 and has ranked in Prudential’s top 6% nationally. Faustino is currently attending the University of Redlands, School of Business; perusing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Team Lopez services includes Residential Home Sales, Commercial Sales, Real Estate Investment Sales and the "Team" represents Buyers and Sellers of Real Estate and Land.
